Return Eligibility

You can return an item within 90 days from the delivery date. To qualify:

  • Wait for Instructions: We will review your request promptly and send you specific return instructions. Please do not ship any items back to us until your return request has been officially approved.

  • Return the Item: Once approved, you can ship the item back to us using any trackable and insured carrier method. A valid tracking number is required to finalize your return processing.

  • Return Methods: We accept returns by mail, secure carrier drop-off locations, or directly in-store.

Refund Process

  • Once your returned item is received at our facility, it will be inspected within 72 hours.

  • After inspection approval, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

  • You will receive a full refund, which includes all original shipping and handling fees.

  • We believe in transparent pricing—we never charge restocking fees.

Wrong, Defective, or Damaged Items

  • If the item you received is defective, physically damaged from transit, or incorrect, please email us immediately with a photo of the item.

  • For these cases, there is no need to return the item back to us—we will happily send you a brand-new replacement or issue a full refund immediately, whichever option you prefer.
